Been coming here for nearly 10 years. Staff is always prompt and efficient, but also knowledgeable and friendly if you have a question or just want to stop and chat. Some of the best quality and selection in town both for herbs and ethnobotanicals. They also give thorough information on packaging for certain products such as lot number, dates, and any relevant lab testing for active plant compounds. All in all a great shop!

Their items are excellent. Their customer service is awful. In addition, they'll ship you the wrong order and not correct the mistake. It is ok to make mistakes, but it is not appropriate to make the customers wait. It's been well over a week, and they still have not figured this out. Update: this company finally figured it out, and after more than a week I received my order. The customers ordering here just have to be strict with their customer service. Otherwise, they sell high quality products and will send you samples as well. I will keep supporting Herb Stomp.

Yo we went into herb stock for the first time today, just moved into the new area about a month ago and been driving by this place they want to check it out, went in there and the nice old homey Josh was just a very big ball of energy the man’s was nothing but a good character nothing but amazing personality I appreciate him explaining everything to me considering it was my first time in there and I had no idea even what I was looking at as soon as I walked in so shut out to Josh man y’all be sure to come by and see this man over here at Herb stump this is the dude!

Their items are excellent. Their customer service is awful. In addition, they'll ship you the wrong order and not correct the mistake. I’m just getting into herbs, I found out about this place from my husband. We visited the first time and the gentleman was very helpful and very nice. This place is my new heaven. The selection is awesome for starters. I do wish they had more selection as I’m looking for specific herbs they don’t carry. Other than that, I’m excited to have found a store that has what I need and is super friendly.
