Ordering & payment
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards through checkout. If a card fails, it's almost always because the billing address doesn't match. We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum on request — contact us and we'll send payment details.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes — 1-844-882-3133, Monday through Friday 10am–7pm or Saturday noon–7pm PST.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. We don't ship Sundays or holidays, so an order placed right before a closed day goes out the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll get a tracking number by email when we hand it off to the carrier.
What carrier do you use?
USPS or UPS, depending on the order and destination. Direct signature is required on orders over $300.
How long will it take to arrive?
First Class is roughly 3–6 days, Priority is 2–5, Express is 1–2 business days. All exclude Sundays and holidays. Once it's with the carrier, we can't guarantee timing.
Do you ship internationally?
No — United States only. No exceptions.
Where can't kratom be shipped?
Kratom can't ship to states where it's banned: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont, or Wisconsin. One more wrinkle: due to Oregon state regulations we can't ship Red Vein and Green Vein kratom to Oregon addresses, though the rest of our kratom ships there fine. Every other state is fine.
Anything else with shipping restrictions?
Yes — Louisiana law restricts Blue Lotus, Pink Lotus, Lotus Leaf, Wild Dagga, Klip Dagga, Kanna, Damiana, Mugwort, and Indian Warrior, so those can't ship to LA even though our other ethnobotanicals can.
Returns
What's your return policy?
100% money-back on any unopened product. You pay the return shipping; we refund when the product gets back to us.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
File a claim with USPS first, then let us know. We'll help work it out.
Quality & lab testing
Is your kratom tested?
Yes, we test for heavy metals, microbial profile, and alkaloid content (mitragynine + 7-hydroxy-mitragynine). We're Oregon Department of Agriculture certified and run HACCP food-safety protocols.
Can I see a certificate of analysis?
Yes — ask us and we'll send the COA for your batch.
