Carrier

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order and destination. Tracking numbers go out by email within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, let us know.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. We don't ship Sundays or holidays, so an order placed right before a closed day goes out the next business day.

Free shipping

Free shipping on every order over $200, regardless of destination within our shipping zones.

Speed estimates (after we drop it off)

  • First Class: ~3–6 days
  • Priority Mail: ~2–5 days
  • Express: 1–2 business days (excludes Sundays + holidays)

Alaska and Hawaii ship Priority Mail only. Once a package is with the carrier, we don't control timing. We can't refund or replace for delays.

Signature requirements

Direct signature is required for any order over $300.

Where we can't ship certain products

A few botanicals are restricted in certain places. Below is where our system blocks an order at checkout, kept as current as we can. This isn't a legal directory, and it's not the final word — local laws change, and you're responsible for making sure a product is legal to receive at your address. If you're unsure, check your state and city rules before ordering.

Check what ships to your area

Pick your state (add a city if you like) and we'll show whether anything we sell is restricted where you are.

No kratom

States we can't ship kratom to

AlabamaArkansasCaliforniaConnecticutIndianaKansasLouisianaTennesseeVermontWisconsin

Kratom ships to every other state. These are full state bans (or, for Kansas and California, statewide restrictions that cover the leaf). Oregon is a partial exception — see the strain note below.

Oregon

Kratom strains we can't ship to Oregon

Red Vein KratomGreen Vein Kratom

Due to Oregon state regulations, we can't ship red or green vein kratom to Oregon addresses. The rest of our kratom lineup ships to Oregon without issue.

Local bans

Cities & counties that ban kratom

These sit inside states where kratom is otherwise legal. We block the listed cities at checkout. County bans are harder for us to catch automatically — if you're in one, please don't order kratom.

Botanicals we can't ship to Louisiana

Blue LotusPink LotusLotus LeafWild DaggaKlip DaggaKannaDamianaMugwortIndian Warrior

Louisiana's prohibited-plant law (R.S. 40:989.2) restricts Blue Lotus, Pink Lotus, Lotus Leaf, Wild Dagga, Klip Dagga, Kanna, Damiana, Mugwort, and Indian Warrior when sold for consumption. Our other ethnobotanicals ship to Louisiana without issue.

Everything else — kava, teas, single herbs, tinctures, essential oils, incense, and accessories — ships to all 50 states. We do not ship outside the United States: no exceptions, no drop-shipping, no COD.

Restriction list last reviewed July 9, 2026. If a law has changed since then, or you think something here is wrong, let us know.

Returns

100% money-back guarantee on any unopened product. You cover return shipping — once we receive the return, we refund the purchase.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) first, then contact us and we'll help work it out.
