Ginger brings the heat, licorice a distinct anise-direction sweetness, and turmeric an earthy flavor and golden color. Roots give up their flavor slowly, so this one rewards a longer steep. Caffeine-free.

How to brew Digestive Tea Bags

Use one tea bag per cup. Pour hot water over the bag and steep to taste, then lift the bag out. See the brewing chart below for the water temperature and steep time we suggest for this style. Each pouch holds 25 tea bags (net wt 2 oz (57 g)), and the bags are unbleached paper with no staples, strings, or tags.
