Lung Tea Bags are our six-herb house blend in 25 tea bags, built around mullein leaf with plantain leaf, peppermint, marshmallow root, eucalyptus, and oregano. It's a name we've used on this blend for years, not a claim about what it does.

About Lung Tea

Mullein and plantain leaf give it a soft, hay-like base; peppermint and eucalyptus bring the cool, sharp aromatics; oregano adds a savory herbaceous edge; and marshmallow root rounds it out. All are herbs from the Western herbal tradition, and the blend is caffeine-free.

How to brew Lung Tea Bags

Use one tea bag per cup. Pour hot water over the bag and steep to taste, then lift the bag out. See the brewing chart below for the water temperature and steep time we suggest for this style. Each pouch holds 25 tea bags (net wt 2 oz (57 g)), and the bags are unbleached paper with no staples, strings, or tags.
