What is The Capsule Machine "00"?
The size "00" version of the standard home encapsulator: a washable plastic filler with a base, top tray, and tamper that holds 24 size "00" capsules open at once. Load the longer bodies into the base and the caps into the top tray, pour powder over the bodies, tamp it down, and press the machine closed; it joins and ejects 24 finished capsules per batch, roughly three to five minutes each once the workflow is familiar.
Pairing capsules with it
The machine takes size "00" shells only, gelatin or vegetable alike. If you fill often, pre-separated "00" capsules skip the pull-apart step and drop straight into the trays. At a comfortable pace the machine turns out a few hundred capsules an hour.
