What is Instant Kava?

Instant Kava is a concentrated water extract of fresh kava root (Piper methysticum), dehydrated into a powder that dissolves directly in liquid. Unlike traditional ground kava root, instant kava contains no fibrous plant material, so there is no kneading or straining involved.
